As an architect she believes that one needs to design an environment that enhances life, rather than just being a shelter. She also believes in an open work culture, communication and deep collaboration within the firm and outside firm ensures delighted clientele at the end of every project. She plays a major role in developing and cascading the organizations strategy implementing corrective practices to align personnel with company goals.
